Before you pay
The price is ₹99 once, with no recurring billing and no scheduled expiry. Try the free preview and read the published coverage gaps before purchasing.
Payment succeeded but access is missing
Do not pay again. Return to Check access using the same email used for payment. If access still does not appear, email pgatlas@rnxj.dev with your payment reference and account email.
Duplicate payments or delivery problems
Contact support promptly about duplicate charges, an incorrect charge or paid access that could not be delivered. We will investigate and arrange a correction or an appropriate refund for a verified payment or delivery error.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method. The amount is normally credited within 5–7 working days after initiation; some banks or payment methods may take up to 10 working days. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. We will share the refund reference and status once initiated. If the credit is delayed beyond this period, contact us so we can help trace it. Revoking dashboard access alone does not automatically issue a refund.
